Welcome to my blog: Its an honor for me

The practice of Yoga has been a long journey within that has changed me in many powerful ways. When practicing yoga, I become more aware of my internal world and I am present within. Through my therapeutic yoga classes , my hope is to assist you in beginning your own JOURNEY WITHIN and help you heal and change. Yoga provides the perfect pathway to transform, blossom and thrive.
I am honored to serve expecting mommas and their little ones not only as a Pre and Post Natal yoga teacher but also as a Hypnobirthing educator and an Infant Massage instructor. I wear many hats in this world, but all of them are to help birth ourselves into a new state of consciousness. And for that, there are no words.....

a few feedbacks from my Yoga Therapy classes

Cristina: “I really enjoyed last weeks class. It was easier for me to concentrate on my breathing while doing the postures. It was also easier to let my mind focus on my body and not wander around.”

Maria Lucia: “What I noticed during the class and afterwards is that I was more aware of my body in the sense that the breathing during class made me be more aware of how tight and rusty all my muscles are specially the tiny ones in my back. And of course breathing helps me loosen up the muscles and stretch them a little bit more. I recurred to breathing whenever I felt tense but to tell you the truth I forgot often about my breathing!”

Monique: “Tks for everything. Your classes really helped me and will miss them. My feedback is: I improved: Muscle strengthening, Muscle stretching and Flexibility, Overall Posture, Body Awareness, Breathing, Energy level, Sleep, Breath awareness, Increased awareness of Prana, Overall stress reduction, Greater peace of mind, Less upsetting and irritated, Less anxiety or depression”.
