Cristina: “I really enjoyed last weeks class. It was easier for me to concentrate on my breathing while doing the postures. It was also easier to let my mind focus on my body and not wander around.”
Maria Lucia: “What I noticed during the class and afterwards is that I was more aware of my body in the sense that the breathing during class made me be more aware of how tight and rusty all my muscles are specially the tiny ones in my back. And of course breathing helps me loosen up the muscles and stretch them a little bit more. I recurred to breathing whenever I felt tense but to tell you the truth I forgot often about my breathing!”
