During this precious moment in your life give yourself the gift of yoga. Yoga will help you prepare body mind and soul for the transition into motherhood. In our Prenatal class we will work on poses to build strength, flexibility and relaxation. We will use props (blankets, bolsters, chairs,etc.) to help you achieve the poses safely and I will design sequences according to your needs to help you experience a happy and healthy pregnancy. My classes are designed with your healing, comfort and safety in mind.
